moment for fulfillment of nation

WINS OVER

Tata Steel has done it! The company has beat Brazil's CSN to acquire Corus. While CSN offered 603 pence per share for Corus, the Tatas bid 608 pence per share.

The Takeover Panel in an e-mailed statement said Tata Steel had agreed to offer Corus investors 608 pence per share in cash or 5.75 billion pounds. That works out to $11.3 billion.Tata Steel's bid is 34% higher than its original bid of 455 pence per share.

Chairman of TATA steel reaction after winning the bid was that there is a moment for fulfillment of india .Tata Steel officials were overjoyed, saying they felt “happy and elated” after the victory. Conceding the defeat, CSN officials said they bid the maximum they believe Corus was worth on the basis of synergies “acknowledged to be significantly higher than Tatas.”

It semed to have been a closely-contested auction as Tata Steel’s final offer was in the concluding ninth round. As auction went on till 9 rounds with a difference of not less than 5 pence in each round of auction. At the start of the marathon auction on Tuesday night in London, Tatas had made the first bid of 500 pence per share. From there on, the bids and counter bids continued with the final winning bid of 608 pence from the Tatas.

Tata Steel’s successful takeover of Corus Group Plc – Europe’s second-largest and the world’s eight-largest steelmaker - has catapulted it to fifth position among world’s top steel producers.

Indians stood on their neves till the end of auction period . As , every one knew that CSN has upper hand than TATA but there was a hope of doing something new by TATA.When it came to know that TATA took over CORUS every one was delighted . Finance minister P.CHIDABARAM and the government were very happy to an indian firm taking over europe's firm.

Thus , making our country india proud and giving a boost to indian business TATA will be remembered making it's position at the right top.

Portable Hard Drives

  • A Portable hard drive is one of the best available solutions in present times for storing high volumes of data and keeping it secure. In a Floppy disk there is no guarantee of data recalling and the amount of data stored is very limited, as compared to a portable storage device. The portable storage device is considered to be a better option than a CD (700 MB) or a DVD (4 GB or 8 GB in case of a dual layer DVD), as one does not need a writer to copy data on it.These portable hard drives are a viable option compared to thumb drives/pen drives. A thumb drive can store up to 2 GB of data, which is much less compared to the portable drives. Also, carrying a portable drive is not a problem at all, given its sleek and compact design. It is easyly compartable.

  • The potential of a portable drive to store high quantity (20, 40, 60, 80, 120 GB) of data is also an advantage. The portable storage drives available in the market today are plug and play devices. One does not need anything else to run it. Just plug the device to a PC/notebook via a USB cable and you are on. The devices are USB 1.0 and 2.0 compatible. This USB cable makes portable hard drive more intersting for the customers 2 buy.

  • It is also very easy to copy files from a PC/notebook to a portable storage device. Just copy the files from the former and paste it in the device. You can also keep the device attached to the PC and run files from it, you have no need to go for a writer. Some of the popular brand portable storage devices available in the market include LaCie, Iomega, Fujitsu, and SeaGate among others.
  • Friends u must b thinking about the size , it's not in the size of pen drive but the structure is sam 2 tat of original hard disk but it's more slimmer.

Pongal Holidays - clean sweep

We got around 4 days as holidays for this pongal festival . I had thought that i would improve my momentum over studies and other activities , but thoughts never turn in to reality , as usual i wasted my holidays like a insane . Each day i used 2 find something to pacify my self but hardly i went closer to books. One of my fnd's teacher said that,"if u waste these holidays then u lost the thread of your kite and will never get the kite back again" i.e we should not waste our opportunity but if we do then we will not get tat opportunity back again.

IMAX Technology

IMAX 3D CAMERA

The IMAX 3D Camera records images i.e for each eye and advances the film strips one frame (15 perforations) for each shot at variable rates, to a maximum of 48 frames per second, resulting in high resolution images characteristic of the wide field of view of IMAX 3D presentations. From d picture above u can c 2 eye sort of lenses from there itself we capture image with gud quality.

To create the illusion of 3-dimensional depth, the IMAX 3D process uses two camera lenses to represent the left and right eyes. The two lenses are separated by an average distance between a human's eyes. By recording on two separate rolls of film for the left and right eyes, and then projecting them simultaneously, we can be tricked into seeing a 3D image on a 2D screen. The IMAX 3D camera is very bulky, weighing over 113 kg/250 pounds. This makes it extremely difficult to film on-location documentaries. The IMAX screen, averaging at 8 stories tall, is the perfect medium for 3D movies to be shown on.

IMAX camera is an integral part of The IMAX Experience. They have been to outer space, explored the ocean floor, summitted Mt. Everest and travelled the globe. The IMAX camera is specifically designed to shoot 15 perforation, 70 mm film (15/70) - the world's largest film format. Weighing between 42 and 100 pounds, these cameras are extremely versatile and can be used in virtually any environment.

IMAX 3D Technology

IMAX 3D technology is the most advanced 3D film technology in the world and is based on human vision. When you look at an object, each of your eyes sees a slightly different view. Through a process called "stereopsis" your brain brings the two views together into a single three dimensional image.

IMAX 3D cameras incorporate two identical lenses that are precisely spaced to match the distance between your eyes. This interocular distance allows each lens to "see" both left and right views exactly as your eyes would see them. This helps to facilitate realistic 3D images once projected.

The IMAX 3D projector uses Rolling Loop technology to run two separate rolls of film simultaneously past twin projection lenses. To enable the 3D effect, the lenses are carefully aligned to project both left and right eye views onto the giant screen.

To see images in 3D, the audience wears either polarized glasses or a headset that includes electronic liquid-crystal shutter (E3D) glasses. While they have different technologies, both types of 3D glasses work with the IMAX 3D projector to provide stunning 3D images.

To enable the 3D effect, polarized glasses worn by the audience are precisely matched with the polarizing filters of the projector's twin lenses. While the lenses superimpose separate left and right eye views onto the screen, the glasses make sure that each eye sees the appropriate image, allowing your brain to create a single 3D image.

Instead of superimposing images, two sets of shutters within the 3D projector switch back and forth at 96 times per second, to project alternate left and right eye images on the screen. During the presentation,3D glasses sense a signal from the projector. In response to this signal, the left and right eye shutters in the glasses alternately open and close in conjunction with the projector shutters to make sure each eye sees the appropriate image, ultimately creating the 3D effect.

SU-DO-KU

Sudoku is a simple though addictive arthimatic Japanese puzzle. In this there is a grid of Matrix 9 x 9. Initially when the puzzle is put forward, some of these grids are filled with numbers from 1 - 9. The objective of the puzzle is to fill the empty grids with numbers from 1 - 9 with the following constraints:
1. No two numbers in each row should be the same.
2. No two numbers in each column should be the same.
3. If the 9 x 9 grid is split into 9 3 x 3 grids, No two numbers in each such 3 x 3 grid should be the

It's fun. It's challenging. It's addictive!

Sudoku sometimes spelled Su Doku, is a logic based placement puzzle. The aim of the canonical puzzle is to enter a numerical digit from 1 through 9 in each cell of a 9×9 grid made up of 3×3 subgrids (called "regions"), starting with various digits given in some cells (the "givens"). Each row, column, and region must contain only one instance of each numeral. Completing the puzzle requires patience and logical ability. Its grid layout is reminiscent of other newspaper puzzles like crosswords and chess problems. Although first published in 1979, Sudoku initially became popular in Japan in 1986 and attained international popularity in 2005.

Sudoku stimulates the mind and logics, exists in each and every one of us. Studies shows playing Sudoku, improve memory, mind clariity

So, the Sudoku concept was not invented in Japan as many people may believe, In 1984 Nikoli, Japan’s leading puzzle creating company, decided to present the PUZZLE to their Japanese puzzle fans. The puzzles, which were first named Suuji Wa Dokushin Ni Kagiru, ("the numbers must be single" or "the numbers must occur only once") quickly became popular.

In 1986, Sudoku became one of the best selling puzzles in Japan. Kaji Maki, the president of Nikoli abbreviated it to Sudoku - (Su = number, digit; Doku = single, unmarried).

Yoga revolution

About Yoga :

YOGA , it is a medium between human being and god . This yoga makes you relax. Our ancestors have been performing this because of which they made their body free from diseases . Actually , there were no sign of disease itself. They were doing work normally , but we hav lost our way 2 different world and seems it was there , which made diseases 2 run into every 1's body so tat they play their game.
This not only keep us away frm diseases but it makes our mind work leagally but not illegally , i mean 2 say it makes our mind work with +ve thinking but not -ve thinking. This world has become such a down market tat u need 2 hav -ve thoughts. Thanks 2 SWAMI RAMDEV JI MAHARAJ which made revolutionary world of yoga come back.

Divya Yog Mandir (Trust):Illustrious Past - A Promising Future
The Kripalu Bagh Ashram on the blessed land next to the holy Ganges, was built in 1932 by the scholarly erudite and God realized Param Pujya Swami Kripalu Dev Ji Maharaj.

Concomitant with this noble struggle, Swami Kripalu Dev Ji along with another great spiritualist Swami Shraddhanand, who was the founder of the pure and chaste Hindus traditions of the “GURUKUL KANGRI”, organized a movement of rejuvenation of pristine Indian ancient traditions and renaissance of its glorious and hoary past where by the country, its religion and all related aspects, covered by the gathering dust of centuries neglect, were rediscovered and extolled.

Saint Shri Kripalu Dev Ji Maharaj was succeeded by his illustrious disciple Pujya Swami Shri Shankar Dev Ji Maharaj, well conversant with Vedic knowledge and an ardent advocate of noble human values. Swami ji founded the Trust in 1995 along with his group of disciples; yet another Philanthropist Pujya Swami Ram Dev Ji Maharaj who has dedicated his presence to augument the haloed traditions of the trust based on selfless service and dedicated quest for excellence in education, vedic learning and promotion of nationalism; he is joined by an energetic soul with an intense spirit of service. Acharya Shri Balkrishan Ji, also a great spiritualist & great scholar of Ayurved and an established name in Vedic philosophy Acharya Shri Muktanand ji (B.Sc. Vyakrancharya and other disciples and a few families continue to exalt the traditions and enrich the future with what the trust had enshrined and achieved in its glorious preceding years.

These techniques have been readily embraced by the general public as evidenced by the following facts:

- His educational show is broadcast on Indian national TV (AASTHA channel)from morning 6-8 am and evening 8-9 pm (IST) several times a week and he also has dedicated shows such as Total Tandurusti airing on Zee network, a show on Sahara One at 9:00 am, Yoga Science on IndiaTV at 7:30 am & 1:30 pm. Total viewership is in millions. According to the synopsis that is available to Sky Digital viewers, Swami Ramdev "claims that he was a paralytic" prior to taking up yoga, but this claim has yet to be completely verified.

- He has been conducting monthly training camps in cities all over India. Total attendance in these camps exceeds tens of thousands. In 2006 Summer, the Swami spent almost a month in London teaching Pranayam & yoga.

- Viewers of the TV show and attendees at the camp have reported significant improvements in their health - citing relief from many illnesses such as Diabetes, Heart Disease, and Hypertension.

He considers yeoman service as real Dharm (religion). He envisages India as Vishwa Guru (Teacher of the World) which can become true only if every citizen realises his duties and responsibilities towards the nation. May science of Yog expand virtues of consciousness, morality and brotherhood of human beings such that everyone sees his own consciousness in all creatures and spreads fraternity, friendship and global brotherhood.

The real place of service is the human body for Revered Swami Ramdevji Maharaj, for he pronounces, "my God lives in a man, as 'the temple in shape of man' is built by All Mighty Himself". The service of fellow beings, in addition to Atamsadhna (self control) and Brahamaradhna (meditation) is his worship.

He considers moral acts of love and affection for human beings a true worship of Creator. Revered Swami Ji Maharaj, an apostle of Vashudhav Kutambkam (World as the Whole Family) proves it true by accepting and practicing the world as his house and every citizen as his family member.
